You will schedule shifts, coach sales staff, oversee stock replenishment and visual merchandising, and help with budgeting and sales forecasting to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily retail operations to maintain smooth store functioning
• Schedule staff shifts to optimize coverage and productivity
• Supervise and coach sales associates to meet and exceed performance targets
• Deliver excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and complaints effectively
• Manage inventory levels by overseeing stock replenishment and visual merchandising

• Prepare operational reports and assist in budgeting and sales forecasting
