Responsibilities

• assists customers in identifying and purchasing items.
• Run Cash Register and POS systems.
• Drive achievement of store sales targets and personal goals.
• Restock and maintain visual merchandising.
• Monitor data in sales staff client books and propose action plans.
• Facilitate staff trainings and inductions.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain customer relationships.
• Identify performance issues and enforce policy with Store Manager.
• Keep the store fully stocked and ensure store conditions are optimal.
• Receive and verify new shipments and ensure security and safety procedures.
