Job summary

ELEVON CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Retail Department Supervisor in Singapore to lead operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service across the store.

The role focuses on managing performance, stock levels, rostering, and training sales associates to uphold merchandising standards and efficient day-to-day execution.

Candidates should be comfortable with a 6-day week, rotating shifts, heavy lifting, and standing for long periods to support store activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail, distribution, and/or equivalent industry.
• Willing to work on a 6 days' work-week schedule, with a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to carry 10-15kg products, and comfortable to stand for hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the department performance, ensuring sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met.
• Balance stock levels and turnover to maintain strong product availability while optimizing efficiency.
• Manage the weekly roster planning for the team member to optimize team member deployment and control salary cost.
• Lead and train the sales associates, driving excellence in merchandising, service standards, and day-to-day execution.
• Maintain good standards in the shelf ticketing & display, housekeeping, hygiene, stock rotation & replenishment, and service to provide customers with a conducive shopping environment.
• Support the store with additional duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
