Job summary

Swee Heng Bakery Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a part-time customer service assistant to greet customers, suggest products, take orders, handle enquiries, and assist with daily operations. You will ensure cash is handled accurately, stock is tallied, and deliveries are processed; maintain bread/cake displays, ensure expiry compliance, and uphold high cleanliness standards in the shop.

Provide customer service at all times (e.g.: greet customers, suggestive sell, taking orders and handle enquiries)
Handle cash payment
To carry out task assigned by Outlet Supervisor
Tally physical stock (bread/cakes) quantities against delivery order
Fax outlet orders to factory on time
To tally daily cash settlement with Outlet Supervisor
Mandatory to wear gloves when handling food
To ensure bread / cakes are properly display at all times
Enforces all products (breads/cakes) are serve within expiry dates
Ensure high standard of cleanliness and maintain good personal hygiene to adhere to company's image

Job Requirements

• Part Time: 6am to 12pm

• No experience required as training will be provided
• Willing to work 6 days (including weekends and public holidays)
• Pleasant personality

Additional Notes

• Part Time: $10.50-$12.50/hr
• Weekends Allowance: $1/hr (Sat), $2/hr (Sun)
