Hypha Provisions is hiring part-time Retail Assistants for its Raffles Place outlet in Singapore. You will deliver a warm customer experience, assist with purchases, and help maintain shelves and displays to reflect our curated local brands.

Join a fast-paced team, handle flexible shift patterns, and support promotions while upholding hygiene and safety standards to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Part-time, Monday to Friday, 5 to 6 hours a day.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and standing for extended periods.
• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Passion for food and interest in local F&B brands is a plus!

• Operate the cashier and handle cashless and other payment transactions.
• Pack customer orders and assist with product replenishment and restocking.
• Maintain attractive and well-organised product displays.

• Assist with opening or closing duties, stock monitoring and daily outlet operations.
• Support promotions, festive campaigns and other operational activities when required.
• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

About the Role

We are looking for Part-Time Retail Assistants to join our team at our outlet located at Raffles Place MRT Station.

As a Retail Assistant, you will be part of our front-line team, helping to create a warm and welcoming experience for our customers while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet.
