Job summary

Interpath Singapore is a newly established team within a well‑established, fast‑growing international advisory business. As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will work across Restructuring, Advisory and Insolvency engagements with exposure to wider specialisms and high-profile mandates across the region.

Our Asia platform is led by an experienced Managing Director, and the role offers opportunities to build client relationships, mentor junior colleagues, and travel where necessary while

Qualifications

• Interest in or completion of a recognised professional accounting qualification.
• Experience in investment banking, professional services, or Big Four.
• Experience managing restructuring, turnaround, or insolvency advisory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of managing work streams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to embrace multi-sector work and travel where necessary.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work across Restructuring, Advisory and Insolvency engagements.
• Gain exposure to high-profile advisory and insolvency mandates across the region.
• Engage in corporate insolvency appointments and restructuring advisory.
• Support Accelerated M&A transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
• Contribute to turnaround efforts, including cost reduction and working capital optimisation.
• Provide options analysis to support stakeholders in making informed strategic decisions.
