A leading hospitality advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and management training at Oasia Resort Sentosa Hotel. This role requires the ability to work split shifts and weekends, focusing on service and compliance with food safety standards. The salary ranges from $3,000 to $3,600 with additional bonuses.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B and wine knowledge will be an advantage.
• Able to work split shift.
• Able work on weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on involvement in daily operation to understand and execute duties.
• Undertake management trainings and responsibilities focused on sales management.
• Ensure compliance with Company SOPs and food safety standards.

Restaurant Supervisor [5 Days work//Up to $3.6k//AWS + Joining Bonus!!!!] - 2310

Working Hours: 5days (Split Shift) ; Kitchen Close 3pm-6pm
Location: Oasia Resort Sentosa Hotel / Somerset
Salary: $3,000 to $3,600 (with AWS + Bonus + $4,000 Joining Bonus!)

Requirements:

• Prior F&B and wine knowledge will be an advantage
• Able to work split shift
• Able work on weekends / public holidays

Job Scope:

• Hands-on involvement in daily operation to understand and execute duties
• Undertake management trainings and responsibilities with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability
• Focus mainly on Service/ FOH, but will have exposure to Kitchen/ BOH. May cover Kitchen/ BOH if operationally required
• Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
