Job summary

Republic Plaza City Club (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused Front of House professional to support daily restaurant operations. You will assist in maintaining stock, take orders, and describe menu items to guests, while upselling offerings based on product knowledge.

Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service, build strong relationships with Members and guests, and contribute to a welcoming, proactive service environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ‘O’ Levels.
• 2+ years in restaurant front of house operations.
• Passion to serve.
• Positive attitude and responsible.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Managers in stocking and managing restaurant supplies.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist the Managers in ensuring all restaurant supplies are well stocked and managed
• Building and maintaining relationships with Members and guests
• Order taking and menu description
• Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
• Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service/bar operations
• Work with fellow team members to ensure a good and conducive working environment
