Job summary

MANOR 33 PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly and customer-focused service staff to greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.

You will assist with cashiering, seating guests, maintaining dining area cleanliness, handling reservations, and promoting promotions. Training is provided for beginners, and a positive, teamwork-oriented attitude is essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B service is an advantage; training provided for beginners
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Positive working attitude, team player, and service-oriented

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle cashiering duties (billing, payment collection, issuing receipts)
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
• Manage reservations, seat customers, and coordinate table arrangements
• Provide menu recommendations and explain promotions when necessary
• Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager / Supervisor
