Responsibilities

• Interact with guests for entertainment and rapport while garnering feedback for growth of company.
• Handle guests complaints and feedback with tact, to ensure all guests leave the restaurant with a smile.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness of restaurant to ensure pleasant experience for every guest.
• Daily housekeeping to ensure highest quality of cleanliness.
• As front of house crew, maintain a friendly and positive vibe for both guests and colleagues by smiling and greeting.
• If on POS duty, be the last point of contact before guests leave, must ensure to solve any complaints.
