MATSUYA FOODS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is launching its first Singapore outlet and seeks an experienced restaurant leader to manage daily operations, lead new-store openings, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will recruit and develop staff, optimize schedules, and uphold food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth opportunities within a globally backed brand, with responsibilities spanning operations, cost control, and strategic initiatives for expansion

Qualifications

Experience in the F&B industry, preferably in restaurant operations.
Previous leadership role such as Outlet Supervisor/Manager is preferred.
Experience in staff management, training, and scheduling.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of assigned restaurant outlets to ensure smooth, profitable operations.
Lead setup and launch of new outlets with pre-opening preparations and operational workflows.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for consistency across operations.
Monitor KPIs and implement improvement initiatives to drive performance.
Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
Recruit, train, develop, and supervise restaurant staff.
Plan and manage staff schedules to optimise manpower and labour costs.
Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly handle enquiries or complaints.
Manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; oversee stock ordering and wastage reduction.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
