Job summary

FRESH BAY (S) INVESTMENTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable assistant restaurant manager to supervise operations at our bustling restaurant.

You will handle scheduling shifts, balance cash registers, and address customers' complaints with courtesy. The successful candidate will implement cost-saving measures, improve profitability, and provide coaching to the F&B team to support their professional development.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of F&B experience.
• Minimum 'O' level or Diploma in F&B service or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Replaces the Service Operations Manager in his absence.
• Coordinate with the Chef & F&B department heads on menus and promotions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to F&B team and fulfill training needs for their development.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
• Demonstrate knowledge on menus and make recommendations upon request.
• Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to concerns.
