Job summary

SLDTE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily F&B activities at our Singapore location. You will drive service quality, manage reservations, and guide a team to maintain exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in F&B and proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Weekend work and split shifts are part of the schedule, with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in F&B restaurants.
• Willing to be involved in hands on operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality food, seamless service, and a welcoming ambiance.
• Oversee reservation management, guest seating, waitlist handling, and accurate wait-time communication.
• Monitor income and expenses, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies for improvement.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste.
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure proper functionality.
• Prepare and submit timely reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on sales, food cost, labor cost, and other key performance indicators.
• Conduct regular inspections of the service areas.
