Stuff’d Ventures Pte Ltd is seeking a Management Executive to oversee daily outlet operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive profitability across our Singapore outlets.

You will lead a team, manage inventories, and coordinate with the Area Manager to uphold standards while ensuring excellent customer experiences. A five-day workweek including weekends and public holidays is required. Salary and benefits are aligned with hospitality leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outlet safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory and receiving; minimize waste.
• Lead team to improve outlet performance and customer experience.
• Ensure equipment functionality and crisis readiness.
• Manage customer experiences across platforms; encourage reviews.
• Provide feedback to Area Manager on activities and opportunities.
• Forecast resources and manpower; plan weekly schedules.
• Handle staff grievances and disciplinary actions; coordinate with HR.
• Lead, motivate, train staff; ensure accountability and targets.
