Job summary

BADALING HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead staff, manage scheduling, and ensure service delivery that meets quality and safety standards.

You will monitor sales, costs, inventory, and cash handling, coordinate with kitchen and suppliers, train and evaluate staff, handle customer feedback, and drive improvements to boost productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in F&B Management, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant F&B experience.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Lead, supervise and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
• Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower.
• Monitor daily sales, revenue, expenses and operational costs.
• Ensure food quality, service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Manage inventory, stock control, purchasing and wastage.
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS transactions and daily sales reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with Singapore regulations.
• Conduct staff training, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance and discipline.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, suppliers and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify areas for improvement to increase productivity, sales and profitability.
• Prepare operational reports and update management on business performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
