Job summary

GROCER@EMPRESS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced operations leader to head daily restaurant activities, manage front and back of house teams, and uphold premium service standards while driving sales and profitability.

You will develop staff schedules and training, monitor performance, resolve issues promptly, and analyze sales and costs to identify opportunities for growth and cost control. Experience in a premium food retail environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Food & Beverage (F&B) experience.
• Strong leadership and staff management capabilities.
• Problem-solving skills applied to improve operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations for both front and back of house to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement staff schedules and training programs to optimize team performance and service quality.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance regularly to maintain high operational standards and address improvement areas.
• Deliver excellent customer service by resolving feedback and operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Analyze sales, costs, and profitability data to identify opportunities for business growth and cost control.
