You will be responsible for ordering, inventory, stock levels, cleanliness, and equipment readiness, while training staff and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in related field.
• Supervisory or management experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Mature and decisive with good business acumen.
• Resourceful with interpersonal skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage floor operations to ensure consistently excellent guest experience.
• Recommends and suggests specialties to guest, up sells whenever possible.
• Train and work with service and kitchen teams to build sales.
• Responsible for ordering, inventory, and stock for daily use in outlet.
• Inspect table and glassware for cleanliness and damages.
• Inspect service stations for cleanliness and equipment function.
• Present bill upon request and process payment.
• Train staff in the outlet as needed.
• Ensure service team adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback.
• Ensure opening/hand-over/closing procedures are completed per shift.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
• Support managers in optimising labour usage.
• Perform any other duties as directed.
