Job summary

You will lead and train staff, manage shifts, monitor food quality and hygiene, and respond to customer feedback, ensuring compliance with SFA guidelines.

You will assist with inventory, sales targets, and budget oversight to support efficient and compliant F&B service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or supervisory roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak hours.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations to deliver smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and schedule shift rosters for service and kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and hygiene in compliance with regulations.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback and inquiries to resolve service issues.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control stock to minimize wastage.
• Assist in managing daily sales targets, prepare P&L reports, and support budget oversight.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
