Job summary

MARINA CRAB SEAFOOD HOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to standards.

You will supervise front-of-house and coordinate with the kitchen, manage staff schedules, and monitor customer satisfaction. In this role, you will prepare basic sales and operations reports, assist with promotions, and help maintain safety and hygiene.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of F&B, hospitality or operations experience.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Able to supervise and coordinate a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and service activities
• Coordinate staff deployment and work schedules
• Monitor service standards and customer satisfaction
• Supervise and guide service staff
