Job summary

SUTL Marina Development Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Manager and step in during their absence. You will supervise service staff, ensure smooth operations, and maintain service standards across the dining area.

The role emphasizes customer complaint handling, cleanliness, rostering, stock requisition, and sales/menu analysis, contributing to the club's overall hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• O/N Levels preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive.
• Positive attitude and willingness to align with club's vision.
• Willing to work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in overall restaurant operations and take over in the absence of the Manager.
• Carry out duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
• Supervise and deploy all the service staff and oversee the efficient running of the overall restaurant operations.
• Responsible for handling all customers’ complaints with professionalism
• Ensure a high standard of service is delivered to all customers.
• Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant’s dining area.
• Be able to plan staff roster, perform stock requisition, and sales/menu analysis.
• Responsible for staff discipline, presentations and staff performance.
• Be able to handle all catering requirements.
