Job summary

zi yean (redhill) restaurant pte. ltd. is hiring a service-minded team lead to greet dining patrons, take orders, and coordinate kitchen and bar staff in a fast-paced setting.

You will prepare tables for new guests, relay special requests, and help prepare seasonal menu items while generating sales reports for the general manager. Excellent communication and hospitality skills are essential, with the ability to manage a crew of waiters and waitresses.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to communicate well with kitchen and staff.
• Able to coordinate a team of waiters/waitresses.
