Job summary

Kingdom Junior is seeking a proactive supervisor to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth coordination between departments.

You will handle duties such as inventory, cashiering, rostering, housekeeping, and liaising with kitchen staff to maintain food quality, while resolving issues and gathering customer feedback for management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience as supervisor or above in hotel/restaurant.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and maintain high level of service.
• Coordinate with marketing to disseminate information to staff.
