Job summary

Kingdom Delicacies Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a capable supervisor for hotel/restaurant operations. You will resolve customer issues, ensure top-tier service, and collaborate with marketing, kitchen staff, and other departments to maintain quality and smooth service.

You will also manage stock orders, cashiering, duty rostering, and housekeeping tasks while ensuring clear English communication with staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• 3 years experience as supervisor or above in hotel/restaurant.
• Spoken and written English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Duties
