Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide team members during shifts; support recruitment and onboarding.
• Assist in training and developing staff; foster a positive work culture.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and inventory management; control costs.
• Support cash handling and daily sales reporting; participate in leadership development.
