Job summary

Zensho Food Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Management Trainee / Assistant Manager for Katsu-An at Changi City Point. Training provided and 5-day work week. You will run daily restaurant operations, lead kitchen and service teams, and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of full-time F&B experience and 2 years of supervisory experience in a QSR. Weekend/public holiday shifts are required. Meals, incentives, medical/dental benefits, and training courses are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year full-time experience in F&B.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in a QSR.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations, including kitchen operations
• Manage full-time and part-time crew in your restaurant, including recruitment
• Assist with training and development of new hires in kitchen, counter and dining operations
• Check stock and place orders, confirm delivery items are within specifications, store stock properly
• Handle sales and the cash float during your shift, following Finance and Operations cash-handling policies
• Deliver service excellence, handle complaints, do service recovery and recognise staff based on customer compliments
• Make sure all restaurant equipment is working, and do simple repairs where needed
• Do operation-related duties assigned by the Restaurant General Manager or Area Managers
