Katsu-An at Changi City Point, operated by Zensho Food Singapore Pte Ltd, is seeking a Service/Kitchen Crew (full-time). You will welcome diners, take orders and payments, and help with food preparation in a bustling outlet.

The role combines front-of-house and kitchen duties with strong emphasis on guest satisfaction. We offer full training, 44 hours per week, and shifts that include weekends and public holidays.

A day in the role - Service

- Welcome diners and handle their orders, payments and reservation calls

- Serve food and beverages, and consolidate daily sales

- Provide excellent customer service and respond well to feedback

- Uphold high personal hygiene and grooming standards

- Follow company SOPs to keep the outlet clean and sanitary

- Assist with food and drink preparation

- Carry out opening and closing duties

- Support supervisors with ad hoc tasks

A day in the role - Kitchen

- Cook and prepare dishes on time, following SOPs

- Maintain food safety and high hygiene standards

- Keep the kitchen safe and clean, including preparation areas and equipment

- Help the team with ad hoc duties
