JP Pepperdine Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a kitchen staff to assist the Outlet Chef in food preparation and cooking. You will help ensure freshness, quality, and hygienic standards while following the kitchen cycle and supervisor instructions.

The role requires teamwork, a pleasant and outgoing personality, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and work is 8 hours per day, 6 days per week at multiple city locations in Singapore.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience; training will be provided.
• Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team.
• Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
• WSQ Food and Hygiene is an advantage.
• 8 hours per day | 6 days per week
• Work Location: City Square, Ang Mo Kio, Bras Basah Complex and NEX Mall.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Outlet Chef in the food preparation and cooking of meals.
• Prepare and cook various food items according to the Company’s quality and cost requirements.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of food items.
• Perform kitchen tasks according to the kitchen task cycle and instructions from the Outlet Chef or respective supervisor.
• Complete mise en place when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
• Understand and ensure complies with the mandatory food safety and hygiene standards and requirements at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Chef.
