Job summary

JP Pepperdine Group Pte. Ltd. invites applications for an Outlet Cook to assist the Outlet Chef with the preparation and cooking of meals at City Square, Parkway & Safra Jurong.

You will help ensure quality, consistent taste, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment. Requirements include a minimum of 1 year of Western‑food kitchen experience, the ability to work well in a team, and a pleasant, outgoing personality.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year experience in a Western-food kitchen as a cook.
• Demonstrate ability to work as a team.
• Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
• WSQ Food and Hygiene is an advantage.
• Flexible work schedules to fulfil 126 hours/month.
• Min 20 hours/week, or min 40 hours by 9th of the month (for mid-month pay-out).
• Working Locations: City Square, Parkway & Safra Jurong

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Chef in the food preparation and cooking of meals.
• Prepare and cook various food items according to the Company’s quality and cost requirements.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of food items.
• Perform kitchen tasks according to the kitchen task cycle and instructions from the Outlet Chef or respective supervisor.
• Complete mise en place when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
• Understand and ensure complies with the mandatory food safety and hygiene standards and requirements at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Chef
