Job summary

Hardly Working Co in Singapore is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare ingredients, cook and assemble menu items, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. You will work with a team to ensure smooth service during peak hours and assist with stock receiving and opening/closing duties.

Candidates should be able to stand for long hours, work in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Previous experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to SOP.
• Cook and assemble menu items.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Follow food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, prep areas, and storage areas.
• Assist with stock receiving, rotation (FIFO), and basic inventory checks.
• Support opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Follow instructions from Supervisor.
