Job summary

Synthesis is hiring a Host / Front of House Team Member in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact, warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Join a team focused on guest satisfaction, with opportunities for training and incentives. Evening and weekend shifts are required, and both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred (training provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using the restaurant’s reservation system.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Communicate seating preferences and special requests to the service team.

• Support servers and managers during service when needed.

Job Description:
As a Host at Synthesis, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. You’ll be responsible for welcoming guests warmly, managing reservations, coordinating table seating, and ensuring smooth communication between the service team and guests.

You will play a key role in maintaining the restaurant’s service flow, assisting with guest inquiries, and supporting the operations team during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:
