You will build relationships with customers, suppliers, corporate clients, and partners, and plan marketing and customer engagement activities. You will supervise staff, manage work schedules, monitor costs and service standards, address customer feedback, track sales performance, and report to management to identify opportunities

Responsabilités

• Develop business opportunities and strategies to increase restaurant sales and revenue.
• Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Plan and coordinate marketing, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise staff and coordinate work schedules and operational duties.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, inventory, and operating costs.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
• Identify areas for improvement to enhance business growth and operational efficiency.
