Job summary

ASEANET MANPOWER CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our client's outlet in Singapore. You will manage opening/closing, lead the team, drive sales and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and service.

The role requires strong leadership, people management, and the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. You will also handle inventory, food cost and labour costs while ensuring food-safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience in F&B, QSR, restaurant or retail operations.
• Hands-on, responsible and customer-focused.
• Good communication and basic POS/computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations, opening/closing and shift activities.
• Drive sales, profitability and excellent customer service.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and standards are maintained.
• Lead, train, schedule and motivate the restaurant team.
• Manage inventory, food cost, wastage and labour costs.
• Monitor stock, ordering, cash handling and daily outlet records.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety and company requirements.
• Take ownership of outlet performance and support the team during peak periods.
