We are looking for a responsible, hardworking and hygiene-conscious Cleaning & Kitchen Support Crew to support our daily restaurant and kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for washing vessels, plates, cooking utensils and kitchen equipment , as well as maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, dining area and

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant cleaning, dishwashing or kitchen cleaning preferred.
• Experience in Indian/vegetarian restaurant or catering is advantageous.
• Good personal hygiene and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Vessel & Dish Washing: Wash and clean plates, bowls, cups, utensils and kitchenware.
• Kitchen Cleaning: Clean floors, surfaces, sinks and equipment; maintain hygiene.
• Restaurant Cleaning: Clean dining areas, entrances and toilets; keep areas tidy.
• Hygiene & Food Safety: Follow hygiene practices and safety procedures.
• Waste Management: Dispose of waste and keep bins clean.
• Stock & Equipment Support: Notify supervisor when supplies are low; assist with storage.
• General Restaurant Support: Assist kitchen and restaurant staff during busy periods.
