Job summary

GS CLEANING SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hardworking F&B Support staff to assist the kitchen team and maintain cleanliness during daily operations.

You will follow designated hours and rosters, uphold hygiene and safety, and help with dish preparation, packing, and replenishment of store items.

This role requires basic English literacy, physical fitness, and 1-2 years of relevant experience; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Preferably N level education or equivalent and above.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Physical fitness is required and basic English literacy is needed.

Responsibilities

• Comply with operating hours, shifts, and duty rosters.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company rules.
• Complete assigned duties within cleanliness and timeliness requirements.
• Assist Cook with daily preparation of dishes and ingredients.
• Replenish F&B store items after daily operations.
• Ensure crockery and wares are clean and sufficient for every meal operation.
• Monitor temperature of food warmers to keep within safe limits.
• Inform Supervisor of damaged equipment or broken items.
• Undertake duties assigned by the F&B Manager or Senior Production Chef.
