CREATIVE EATERIES PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead café and bar operations across two brands in Singapore. You will split time between the floor with guests and guiding the team, and the business side of operations to drive performance.

Work closely with another manager to rotate between venues, foster a warm, welcoming environment, and continually look for ways to attract guests, grow sales and enhance the overall dining experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of relevant F&B experience, preferably in a restaurant, cafe or bar.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, sales and profitability.
• Commercially driven with the ability to identify ideas to grow the café and bar business.
• Hands-on approach to turning ideas into action.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for creating great dining experiences.
• Confident, organized and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales and profitability across the café and bar.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer traffic, average spend and repeat visits.
• Develop and implement promotions, events, menu ideas and upselling strategies.
• Analyse sales performance and customer trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Bring fresh, practical ideas to grow the business and improve outlet performance.
