RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to drive resiliency at scale.

You will build self-service onboarding and APIs to connect distributed engineering apps to a central resiliency framework, using Pulumi/Terraform for automated incident workflows and monitoring. You will integrate observability platforms with JSM, automate alert routing, enrich payloads, and enable auto-remediation using Python/Go/Node.js.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in DevOps, Software Engineering, or SRE, ideally in a central platform/IDP environment.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Node.js for automation and REST APIs.
• Hands-on IaC experience with Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, in large AWS/Azure environments.
• Experience configuring telemetry pipelines with Open Telemetry, Elastic Stack, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
• Experience with APIs of Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or PagerDuty for automated workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain, and scale resiliency using Pulumi/Terraform; develop self-service onboarding portals and APIs to integrate apps into the central resiliency framework.
• Develop integrations between observability platforms (Elasticsearch, cloud-native tools, Dynatrace) and Jira Service Management; automate alert routing and JSM workflows.
• Implement AIOps capabilities and auto-remediation; write automation scripts in Python/Go/Node.js for runbooks and auto-healing tasks; integrate incident scribe features for PIRs.
• Ensure high availability and performance of central observability and incident pipelines; build CI/CD pipelines to deploy configuration changes; advise platform users and enhance platform offerings.
