Zusammenfassung
RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to own and evolve the central resiliency platform. You will build automated, scalable pipelines and integrations that drive self-service onboarding, incident routing, and proactive remediation across distributed engineering teams.
The role emphasizes automation, IaC with Pulumi/Terraform, and AI-enabled observability to support RCA and anomaly detection.
Qualifikationen
- 3–5+ years in DevOps, Software Engineering, or SRE.
- Experience in central platform team or Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
- Strong coding for automation scripts and REST APIs.
- IaC experience with Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible in large AWS/Azure.
- Experience with telemetry pipelines and observability tooling.
- Experience with JSM, ServiceNow, or PagerDuty APIs for automation.
Aufgaben
- Engineering resiliency using code.
- Build, maintain, and scale IaC to deploy monitoring and incident workflows.
- Develop self-service onboarding portals and APIs for distributed teams to hook apps to the central resiliency framework.
- Develop and maintain robust API integrations between observability platforms and JSM.
- Code automation to route alerts and trigger JSM workflows automatically.
- Implement and configure AIOps for RCA and anomaly detection.
- Write automation scripts for runbooks and auto-remediation.
- Ensure high availability of observability and incident-management pipelines.
- Collaborate with Product Lead to translate resiliency strategies into deliverables.
