Job summary

The role emphasizes building self-service onboarding portals, API integrations, and incident management automations to enhance platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in DevOps, Software Engineering, or SRE (IDP/central platform experience preferred).
• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Node.js for automation and REST APIs.
• IaC: Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible in large-scale AWS/Azure environments.
• Observability tooling: Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Datadog.
• ITSM/API integrations: JSM, ServiceNow, PagerDuty for automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure and resiliency framework.
• Develop integrations between observability tools and Jira Service Management for automated workflows.
• Implement AI-enabled RCA, anomaly detection, and auto-remediation scripts.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to deploy configuration changes to the central StackOps architecture.
