Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer in Singapore to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure. You will enable resilient deployments and automate incident workflows in a centralized platform.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in DevOps/SRE with strong Python/Go/Node.js skills and IaC experience (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible) across AWS/Azure. Office-based role in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Engineering 'Resiliency-as-Code': build and scale using IaC (Pulumi/Terraform) for one-click deployment and centralized resiliency workflows.
• Building Incident Management Integrations: integrate observability tools with Jira Service Management and automate alert routing.
• AI Enablement & Auto-Remediation: implement AIOps, write automation scripts, and automate runbooks with AI outputs.
• Platform Reliability & CI/CD: ensure HA, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with product leads to deliver scalable features.

We’re Hiring: DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer!

We are looking for a skilled DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in Singapore. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable infrastructure, ensuring smooth development and deployment processes within our organization.

What You’ll Do

• Engineering "Resiliency-as-Code"• Build, maintain, and scale using Infrastructure-as-Code (Pulumi/Terraform) toenable teams to deploy standardized monitoring & incident workflows with asingle click.• Develop self-service onboarding portals and APIs that allow distributedengineering teams to easily hook their applications into the central resiliencyframework.
• Building Incident Management Integrations• Develop and maintain robust API integrations and webhooks betweenspecialized observability platforms (Elasticsearch, AWS/Azure Cloud-nativetools, Dynatrace) and our central IT Service Management system (Jira ServiceManagement - JSM).• Code the automation that routes alerts, enriches payloads with dependencymetadata, and triggers specific JSM workflows without manual humanintervention.• Develop and manage automations tools – enabling systems integrations into thecentral Elastic Intelligence hub.
• 3. AI Enablement & Auto-Remediation• Implement and configure AIOps capabilities within the observability pipeline toassist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and anomaly detection. • Write complex automation scripts (Python, Go, or Node.js) to execute automatedrunbooks and self-healing tasks (auto-remediation) triggered by specific alerts orAI outputs.• Integrate AI-driven "Incident Scribe" features into JSM to automaticallysummarize incident timelines and metrics for Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs).
• Platform Reliability & CI/CD• Ensure the high availability and performance of the central observability andincident management pipelines.• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to test and deploy configuration changes tothe StackOps architecture seamlessly.• Work closely with the Product Lead to translate resiliency strategies intoscalable, technical deliverables.• Provide consultation and support to platform users, solution and enhanceplatform offerings based on user challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3-5+ years in DevOps, Software Engineering, or Site ReliabilityEngineering (SRE), ideally within a central platform team or Internal DeveloperPlatform (IDP) environment.
• Programming & Automation: Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Node.js,specifically for writing automation scripts, interacting with REST APIs, andbuilding custom integrations.
• Infrastructure-as-Code: Deep, hands-on experience with Terraform, Pulumi,Ansible, or similar IaC tools within large-scale AWS or Azure environments.
• Observability Tooling: Practical experience configuring and managing telemetrypipelines using OpenTelemetry, Elastic Stack, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
• ITSM Integration: Experience working with the APIs of Jira Service Management(JSM), ServiceNow, or PagerDuty to build automated alerting and ticketingworkflows
