Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer for its Central Enablement Team to design, build, and maintain an enterprise-scale Resiliency-as-a-Service platform. You will implement IaC with Terraform, Pulumi, and Ansible, and create automated monitoring, API integrations, and AI-driven automation to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Experience in centralised platform engineering or Internal Developer Platform (IDP) environments is advantageous.
• Proficient in automation and scripting for infrastructure and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable IaC using Terraform, Pulumi, and Ansible.
• Build automated monitoring and incident-management workflows for standardized platform deployment.
• Develop self-service onboarding portals and APIs to integrate applications into the central resiliency platform.
• Implement automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and platform reliability.
• Develop and maintain API integrations between observability tools and ITSM systems.
• Automate alert routing, incident enrichment, ticket creation, and workflow execution.
• Build AI-driven runbooks and remediation scripts for proactive incident handling.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines and platform reliability.
