KCL CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor / Resident Technical Officer to oversee site activities in accordance with project specs and consultant instructions.

You will review drawings, monitor works, ensure compliance with safety and quality, and document inspections. The contract runs for 13 months beginning October 2026, requiring a Diploma in Civil Engineering, at least 4 years supervising residential buildings, RT0 by IES/ACES, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in supervision of residential buildings.
• Resident Technical Officer Certificate accredited by IES / ACES.
• Knowledge and Experience in institutional environments.
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Understand project specifications, drawings and ensure site activities comply with regulations and client requirements.
• Monitor site works and ensure method statements and work procedures are followed.
• Supervise structural works and identify non-conformities in contractor's work on site.
• Ensure builder executes work per consultant instructions.
• Check drawings for discrepancies and suggest solutions to prevent delays.
• Conduct quality inspections and QC of materials used on site.
• Document site inspection records, safety records, and approved/as-built drawings.
• Maintain and update site records on progress, housekeeping and reports.
• Verify contractor progress payments and claims for work done and materials delivered.
• Witness inspections, testing and commissioning sessions for compliance with designs.
• Report to project QP/Project Consultants Team on quality and progress.
