Knight Frank Singapore is seeking a Leasing Executive (Residential) to manage tenant relationships, lease documentation, and occupancy targets within a leading real estate firm.

The ideal candidate holds a CEA qualification, a Diploma in Real Estate, and at least five years’ experience in residential leasing or property management. You will collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure compliant leasing processes and positive resident outcomes.

Formación

• CEA Qualified to register with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
• Diploma in Real Estate or related discipline required.
• At least 5 years of experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong lease negotiation skills and ability to engage with diverse tenants.
• Meticulous in documentation with solid financial analysis for budgets and lease finances.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee leasing activities, including preparation of Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements, coordinating with solicitors on lease docs.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly management reports to track performance.
• Stay updated on residential market trends and occupancy strategies to maintain high occupancy.
• Build positive relationships with residents and address tenancy matters promptly.
• Manage rental income and arrears, coordinating with Finance on billing and deposits.
• Coordinate applications and liaise with authorities on lease-related matters.
