Raffles Quay Asset Management Pte Ltd. is seeking a Leasing Executive to support leasing activities across our portfolio.

You will assist in tenant prospecting, renewals, tenant relations, lease administration, reporting, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, a CEA salesperson's license, and at least 1 year of experience in asset and leasing management.

Qualificações

• Diploma / Degree in Real Estate or equivalent.
• CEA salesperson's license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Asset and Leasing Management, preferably with exposure to commercial properties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Support leasing activities across the portfolio including tenant prospecting, lease renewals, tenant relationship management, lease administration, reporting and coordination with stakeholders.
• Maintain tenant relationships and manage lease administration and related reporting.
• Assist in securing new/replacement/renewing tenants to reduce vacancy and help achieve competitive rent terms.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports for management and shareholders.
