Responsibilities

• Lease Management: Oversee leasing activities including letters of offer and tenancy docs.
• Budgeting & Reporting: prepare annual budgets and monthly management reports.
• Market Research & Occupancy Strategy: monitor residential trends and occupancy strategies.
• Resident Relations: build positive relationships with residents and address tenancy matters.
• Financial Management: manage rental income and arrears with Finance on deposits and refunds.
• Authority Liaison: coordinate applications with authorities on lease matters.
