Knight Frank is seeking a Leasing Executive (Residential) in Singapore to oversee lease management, tenant engagement and community satisfaction within our Property & Facilities Management team. You will drive occupancy strategies, manage move-ins and tenancy matters, and ensure timely financial handling of rental income and arrears.

The role requires CEA qualification and a Diploma in Real Estate, with 5+ years in residential leasing or property management.

• Strong attention to detail for lease documentation and compliance.
• Analytical mindset for budgeting, reporting and financial matters.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage resident relations and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lease management: prepare Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements and coordinate with solicitors.
• Budgeting & reporting: develop annual budgets and monthly management reports.
• Market research & occupancy strategy: monitor trends and optimize tenant mix for high occupancy.
• Resident relations: handle move-ins, tenancy issues and maintenance professionally.
• Financial management: oversee rental income, arrears, deposits and refunds.
• Authority liaison: coordinate applications with relevant authorities and ensure compliance.
