Job summary

KAPA Design Collective in Singapore is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team, focusing on developing new business opportunities and expanding our client base in the private residential market.

You will collaborate with design, project and management teams to win landed homes, condominiums and high-end projects, while building relationships with clients and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related Built Environment discipline.
• Experience in design, interior design, construction or built-environment industry.
• Residential, landed housing, condominium or A&A project exposure is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and industry partners.
• Meet clients to understand their project requirements and objectives.
• Present the company’s services, capabilities and project portfolio.
• Follow up on enquiries and potential opportunities from initial contact to conversion.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective projects.
• Coordinate internally with design and project teams during the business development process.
• Develop new partnerships and referral channels.
• Support the company in achieving business development and revenue targets.
