Job summary

CHIU TENG CONSTRUCTION CO. PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to assist in supervising structural and architectural works on our projects.

You will coordinate with consultants and attend site meetings to ensure smooth project execution. The role requires you to manage planning, documentation, progress monitoring, and submissions, while coordinating with contractors and suppliers. A minimum of 3 years in building and construction with Conquas knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in Building & Construction.
• Building and Architectural experiences.
• Conquas knowledge.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Effective communication and coordination skills and teamwork.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site supervision of structural and architectural works.
• Coordinate with consultant RTO/RE and attend site meetings as required.
• Coordinate for project planning, documentation and on-site execution.
• Monitor progress, manpower mobilization, materials planning and ordering.
• Coordinate with contractor and suppliers on project issues and submissions.
• Produce weekly site progress reports and ensure quality control to meet authority requirements.
