Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent
• At least 8years' experience in a VWO setting
• Passion to support and serve the adults with disabilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee residents' and clients' management including admission, intake and discharge, assessment and evaluation, programme review and incident reporting.
• Lead and develop staff; coach, mentor and manage performance.
• Ensure facility and environmental management, including kitchen operations and compliance with NEA guidelines.
