Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited is seeking an Operations Associate, Transport & Facilities, to support daily transport for residents and ensure a safe, clean environment at our Residential Care Centre. This dual role combines driving duties with building upkeep to create a comfortable living setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Primary School education or equivalent.
• Valid Class 3/3A Singapore driving license with a clean driving record.
• Be physically fit to assist residents with mobility challenges and perform manual tasks.
• Communicate effectively in basic English; local dialect preferred.
• Demonstrate responsibility, reliability, and a strong service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Operate transport vehicles to safely ferry residents to medical appointments, homes, and other locations.
• Assist residents during boarding and alighting, especially those with mobility challenges.
• Conduct vehicle safety checks before and after trips and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Follow transport schedules and report any issues promptly.
• Support resident escorting during outings or medical visits as required.
• Perform routine checks on premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
• Coordinate with vendors for cleaning, pest control, and waste management services.
• Support preventive maintenance and safety compliance activities.
• Assist with setup and logistics for events or operational needs.
