Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of Primary School education or equivalent.
• Valid Class 3/3A Singapore driving license with a clean driving record.
• Be physically fit to assist residents with mobility challenges and perform manual tasks.
• Communicate effectively in basic English; local dialect preferred.
• Demonstrate responsibility, reliability, and a strong service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Operate transport vehicles to safely ferry residents to medical appointments, homes, and other locations.
• Assist residents during boarding and alighting, especially those with mobility challenges.
• Conduct vehicle safety checks before and after trips and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Follow transport schedules and report any issues promptly.
• Support resident escorting during outings or medical visits as required.
• Perform routine checks on premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
• Coordinate with vendors for cleaning, pest control, and waste management services.
• Support preventive maintenance and safety compliance activities.
• Assist with setup and logistics for events or operational needs.

This dual role requires ensuring safe and timely transport services for residents, as well as maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment. You will liaise with vendors, assist residents, monitor equipment, and perform routine upkeep tasks to enhance overall resident care experience.

Transport Duties
